New Home Selections  

Designing a new home has never been easier. You can now make all your design selections in one place,  at your convenience.   We know that selecting the finishes on your new home can be both exciting and overwhelming. We hope that we can help ease some of the burden, by making design choices available, online. Please explore and discuss them with your family at your own pace. Our design team is standing by,  to answer any questions that you may have.  We may have more selections available in our showroom, as new items are always being added. Please feel free to look through our galleries and schedule an appointment with a design specialist to finalize your selections.

                                                             

Framing Walkthrough

Your agent will arrange a framing walkthrough with the Foreman assigned to your home.  After the walls are framed and before the sheetrock is applied , you and your agent will walk through your home with the Foreman. This is your opportunity to ask questions about walls and rooms. You will also designate where you would like to input electrical, cable and phone outlets.  Please note that adding extra outlets or specialty wiring may be an additional cost.

Home Orientation

The week before closing we will schedule your New Home Orientation. At this time you will walk through your new home with our Warranty Representative  and he or she will explain how your home operates and answer any questions you may have. You will also confirm that any selections that you made are complete, or notate corrections that need to be made.  You will recieve important information about  your warranties and instruction manuals for appliances and major systems.

11 - Month Warranty  

As minor issues come up over the course of the first year in your new home ( nails showing, minor settling cracks) please note them on your 11-Month Service Request Form .  When you are in your eleventh month please submit the form and one of our warranty representatives will schedule any neccessary repairs.
